   And I don’t think that this is hyperbole, either. Bullshit, on almost every vital issue is killing us and, more than likely will kill off humanity.

   I reckon most Christians (or at least most “Conservative Christians”) are completely uninterested in the teachings attributed to Jesus. They are far more interested in the old testament. Their God will always be a God of War.
